At JJ's Guitar Pickups, we want to look after you. We offer to the original purchaser a 12 month warranty on parts and workmanship. If your pickup arrives and doesn't show continuity on a multimeter, we will replace it, free of charge. If your pickup fails in any way in the first 12 months, we will very promptly repair or replace it, free of charge.

A word of caution - Attempts to "relic", "direct mount" or otherwise alter or damage the pickup voids all warranty. Please be careful during installation. Some of the wire used on our pickups is thinner than a human hair. If you do break one, be honest about it with us, please get in touch and we will help.

Our pickups are made with quality components and the greatest care and attention to detail, so we expect them to give many, many years of trouble-free operation.

From the ACCC - "Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."

Statutory warranty is applicable only to goods sold within Australia.

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. If a return must occur, you will be charged 10% re-stocking fee. Exchanges on *customised items are not allowed.

To exchange a standard pickup model, you must meet the following criteria:       

- Return must be within 30 days of receiving the pickup, and the exchange must be for reasons that are tonal in nature   

- The Pickup(s) must be in new, unaltered and saleable condition   

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the original pickup and the buyer pays for all shipping (both ways), including the price difference of a pickup, if applicable. *Custom made or Customised items are non returnable.

JJ's Guitar Pickups are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please consider postal insurance and be sure to check the tracking information upon shipment. If a parcel is stolen or lost, please contact your carrier or relevant authorities.

Duties, Customs and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. JJ's Guitar Pickups is not responsible for any additional incurred expenses.

* “Customised” refers to a custom request by the customer, where the product is unique. “Customised Items” include all Loaded Pickguards. An example of a custom pickup may include a custom magnet selection or custom number of turns. It includes any customised appearance or function. We reserve the right to define the term “custom” or “customised item”.

JJ’s Guitar Pickups total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with your order shall in no circumstances exceed the cost paid by you in respect of your order.

JJ’s Guitar Pickups will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss arising from or connected to this agreement in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including, without limitation, for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings, loss or corruption of data and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) unless such loss arises as a result of our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
