Rewinds

We are taking on rewinds again for pickups made before or around 1980.

If your pickup is a special type or a one-off of any age (Steel guitar etc), please get in touch.

Our rewind services are $75/hr plus materials.

A rough guide to prices:

A quick fix - $75

A coil rewind (possibly two coils if we can get it done in this time-frame) - $150

Full tear-down and rebuild (removing waxes/tape/glues/thread and/or baseplate repair/new cable) and rewind to spec - $225

Note: If your dead pickup is still available from the manufacturer, please contact them directly for a replacement/repair.
