How to purchase

To purchase pickups please get in touch via the Contact page and let us know which pickups you're interested in, or what sort of tone you're after. Once you've settled on the right pickups for your guitar, we send a quote/invoice through for you to check out. The invoice has all the specs and payment details on it for you to review without any obligation.

All JJ's pickups come with a 12 month warranty on parts and workmanship.

We look after our customers and make sure you've got a tone and setup that you're happy with!

Shipping Australia Wide

Shipping around Australia is with Australia Post express post with a tracking link sent to you so you can monitor progress of your parcel to your door. We can ship anywhere you like. We have shipped to residences, parcel lockers, post boxes, luthiers and guitar techs, even to your Mum's house if you're out on tour!

International Shipping

International shipping is sent via Australia Post. Customer Email addresses will be provided with international tracking updates as your parcel moves in real time across the globe.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any and all customs or import costs. JJ's Guitar Pickups are not responsible for shipping losses, damage or theft. Please consider postal insurance if you're shipping internationally. JJ's Guitar Pickups reserve the right to determine where, when and how we ship, we do not offer parcel collection from our workshops.
